At Specialized Staffing Solutions LLC, we reward employees for a job well done by using our Employee Recognition program:

Employee Of The Month - Every month, our clients nominate an employee who has gone above and beyond the job assignment.  We choose the winners based on attendance, tenure, and overall performance.  The chosen employees receives a $100 bonus; all other nominees receive a $10 gas card.

Training and Skills Enhancement - Each quarter, we draw the name of an employee in each of our branches to win $500 of training/tuition reimbursement.  Eligibility requires completion of an entire scheduled work week, with no absences or work-related injury.

Win a Brand New Car! - Each employee has the opportunity to be entered in an end-of-year drawing to win a new car by completing an entire work week with no absences or work-related injury. We've given away five brand new cars and we are excited about our 2010 new car give-away scheduled for December, 2010.
